This idea was suggested by @bluesky Who wouldn't like a little bit of sunshine and happiness in their mailbox?? For this swap you will write an encouraging note or quote in a notecard. You will also include a small flat rate surprise in the notecard. This month it will be a spring related notecard. This can mean flowers, pastel colors, etc. You interpret the theme as you want.
