May I suggest not wrapping it with packing tape. I have received some in other swaps and they ruin the photos.

When I have a postcard I need to protect I take it to the post office and have them put on a stamp and hand cancel it, then I have a sandwich bag that I have cut to size and I wrap it and use transparent tape to seal it. I have not ever lost one that has been sent like this even though they tell me every time that they can't guarantee it.
