Happy Birthday to everyone, no matter when your birthday is! For this swap you will create an ATC with a birthday party theme (balloons, cake, etc...). You will have 1 partner to create 1 ATC for! Be creative and have fun!! Newbies are welcome with a filled out profile. This means not just a few lines, but a complete profile. I will check profiles prior to assigning partners and will ban anyone that does not meet the requirements. If not a newbie, then you must have no lower than a 4.8 rating with no recent no sends! Remember, I will be checking all profiles before assigning partners and I retain the right to ban anyone I feel does not meet the requirements!
