There are two parts to this swap. First, send your partner a postcard or notecard or a short letter on stationery outlining what your health and/or fitness goal is. Feel free to expand on this by writing why it's a goal, how you plan to achieve it, etc. Second, send me a PM with your goal. This can be very brief. Example: "Drink more water." I will be compiling the basic goals into forum topics for people to post on with their success stories, tips, etc. Everyone is encouraged to join. No ratings lower than 4.5 (as this is the requirement to join the group). No recent 1s or 3s (within the last month). This swap will take place once we have 10 members who have joined the group; therefore, the sign up date and send date may flux a bit, but I will send a group message with reminders. |
