If you're like me, you're trying to shed a few pounds but have trouble coming up with dinner ideas that are low-fat, healthful, and filling (inexpensive is always a plus too). With this swap, we can help each other and acquire some new recipes in the process. You will send one healthy recipe appropriate to use as a main dish to 3 different people. Use standard 3x5" or 4x6" cards (store-bought or handmade). Keep in mind 'healthy' usually means lean and nutritious with no or low carbs. Check your partners' profile for specific dislikes/allergies. Recipes can be vegan/vegetarian, but don't HAVE to be (unless a partner falls under that category of course). U.S. regional.
