This is #2, you can find #1 here Each is independent. You don't have to do #1 to join #2.

You may actually have heard of Pocket Letters yet. For this swap you will only use three pockets out of a 9 pocket sleeve. This is good for all who want to try out pocket letters. It's a fine, small project. Also good for those who don't have enough ideas to design a full sleeve with one theme. Plus it keeps the postage low as you can send it flat (ok, it depends on how bulky you will make your creation :))

It's fun! I've made a couple of them over the weekend.

Example found on youtube

  • You will have one partner

  • Take a normal 9 pocket sleeve and cut it carefully horizontal to get a three pocket sleeve

  • Design the front pocket as you wish. Theme is sender's choice.

  • Use some pretty paper for the back pockets (don't have to be designed, just so you can't see at the first view what's in the pocket)

  • One pocket have to contain a small letter. As it's a letter, please write a bit more than "Here's the swap"!

  • Include some small flat goodies in the other two pockets (like: ephemera, stickers, washi, patterns... everything what will fit into the pocket)

  • Include the swap name and your name/user

  • Send it off

(If it's hard for you to find those card sleeves you also could make your own when you have a sewing machine. Please ask me if you need help with it, I'm happy to help.)

If there's enough interest I'm planing to do this a swap series of three. So that you can use up a full 9 pockets sleeve in the end.

Have fun!

This isn't a themed swap, am I right? Thanks!

@jjhere Right, it's sender's choice.
