Welcome to the 5th installment of Cheery Note & Flat Surprise! If you've participated before you know what to do; if not, just write a cheery note to your partner in a pretty notecard, include a flat surprise, do some quickie mail-art on the envelope (washi tape & doodles count), and mail it off to your partner. Easy peasy! Your flat surprise needn't be expensive; the only requirement is that you check your partner's profile to make certain you're not sending something on her 'dislikes' list.
