I can't help myself - I've love to send/receive washi so I'm going for it and hosting a round #2. Is there such a thing as too many washi tape samples?? Doubtful...LOL! My desire for new washi comes & goes, and right now it's back to "I'd love some fun new washi samples to play with." So...let's get down to the business of sharing some washi !! :) Details
You know the washi sample drill: wrap your samples on plastic coated playing cards or cheaper cards covered in clear tape, or on something similar. We want to be able to all the tape we get. [Sometimes when wrapping on cheaper cards, the bottom layer against card peels up part of the card design and thus we can't use it and that is just so sad.] A note about "Dollar Store tapes": These tapes, while pretty, don't make for quality samples because the edges tend to make hard creases in the tape. Since I use a lot of my samples for making cards, I prefer not to see these crease lines in the middle of my cards. For just under $2.00 in postage, we'll send and receive 4 washi-decorated envelopes with lovely washi samples inside to play with- happy mail at it's finest! YAY!! :) |
