Lets cover a envie in Halloween washi! 0ne partner Cover a envie, store bought envie or make one, and cover the front in Halloween washi. Cover the front and the back is optional. Enclose a flat surprise. Does not have to be a Halloween motif. Add ID, a smile and sprinkle with some bewitching, eye catching frun!
