Based on the Snow Ball swap by @streetjewel and copied from @sebastian122 's kawaii version. SO! Round 4 of 4! Final Round! Take the round 3 envelope. Put it in an another, larger envelope. Add some flat kawaii goodies. Seal it up and decorate your envelope. Now add more! MORE! Mail it to your eager partner. Once you've got your envelope? OPEN IT!!! Yippee!! Go rate your partner and leave profile comments for the peeps that added to the fun!
