Create a Valentine's Day card with Washi tape that has hearts on it OR with a heart made of Washi tape. Write a note in the Valentine for your partner and include 3 Washi Tape samples measuring 15 inches each. Card design, Colors, Sentiment, and Washi Samples are Senders Choice!
