ATC 2017 #4: Collage ~USA Only~

Week 4: Collage

For this series you will send your partner at least 1 ATC created by yourself. Themes will vary from week to week. Make sure your card is sturdy, and something you would be happy to receive. Each swap is sender's choice as long as it fits the theme for that week.

This weeks theme is collaging. The ATC you send should be a collage of different papers, materials, fabrics, and whatever else you want to use to make your card.

This swap will be for swappers in the USA. Newbies are welcome with a filled out profile (i.e. not blank). Established swappers must be in good standing with no recent unexplained 1's or 3's. I reserve the right to ban ANYONE I feel is flaky, questionable, unpleasant, or will cause drama.
