You have 1 (one) partners. Please send 1 (one) postcard to your partners. the Postcard must blank and in an envelope and use real stamps on the envelope. a little note to your partners. Please only sign up if you have a map PC for a COUNTRY or CITY or STATE or PROVINCE. Newbies allowed but rated swappers require a minimum of 4.90 with no new 1s or 3s.
