I have a lot of kitty themed Washi tapes and I thought it would be fun to decorate some envelopes with it! So for this swap, you will have one partner and will decorate 2 envelopes with kitty themed Washi tapes for them! Don't just use one strip of Washi and call it decorated! Be creative and have fun!
