Louisiana and Kentucky

For this swap you will have 1 partner & you will make 1 ATC for each state Louisiana and Kentuck for your partner for a total of 2 ATC's (1 for each state). The name of the State has to be somewhere on the card, The ATC's need to be neat & not just slapped with stickers. PLEASE do the type of work you would be happy to receive. Cards must be in a sleeve and have a sturdy backing . Standard ATC size - 2 1/2" x 3 1/2"
