Moving decos along

Greetings! This swap is an opportunity to move decos along that we have either already signed in, or have passed on and want to keep them moving. After all, we all want our Decos to eventually find their way home.

Rating requirements: 4.98 + Newbies. No unresolved 1's or 3's in the last 6 months.

For this swap, you will have 1 partner to send 2 decos to.

HOMERS are ok as long as you check with your partner first (That means your partner would be doing the last page, and have to send home to it's maker) Please take the time to do this. I have received homers w/out asking, and I cannot afford to send internationally.

Double check once partners are assigned that your partner hasn't already filled in a page or passed.

For this swap you may get something that isn't of the highest quality. It happens. The people who have taken time to create them, and fill in pages are in on the fun aspect of it. Not everyone can be Picaso. (And some didn't like his work anyway). The idea is to keep them moving so they find their home.

If you receive 2 decos, that's a 5. The heart is up to you. If you do not receive 2 from your partner, please contact them and try to resolve. If that doesn't work, after a reasonable amount of time, rate them a 1 and contact me. I will work to contact them as well. I will Angel this swap, so no matter what you will get 2 Decos.
