Welcome to October! Thanks to @HannahEnilk for allowing me to host these MOVE IT swaps for a few months. To keep moving this the fall, let’s set a goal to get some physical activity at least 150 minutes per week. You pick the activities and tracking method. You can even set your own goal, if you’d like to shoot for more than 150 minutes per week. At the begging of this swap, within a few days of partners being matched, send a SwapBot message to your partner to communicate your goal and plan for reaching it. During the swap, Log each day's progress. Around the middle of the month (October 13-17th), send a SwapBot message to your partner and check in. How have the past couple weeks been? Are you close to 150 minutes per week of your goal? Have you noticed any differences? What changes might you need to implement these next two weeks to invest in your health? At the end of the month, send your partner your tracking log and at least a few sentences about the swap experience. Also include a flat surprise such as a postcard, note card, tea, etc. Check your partner's profile for ideas and avoid allergies. However, this is sender's choice. In summary:
