Description:
For this swap, you will make 1 ATC (any theme) and send it to your partner. You MUST use Soft Pastel Chalks to make it. Yes, they can be mixed with water if you must. DO spray it with fixative or hair spray before slipping them into sleeves as you do not want the art to smudge. Make lovely art to share.
