For this swap, you will have 2 partners, and will send each of them a new, store bought postcard of a State Flag. While Zazzle cards are fine, no hand made/ad/free cards allowed. Please send it stamped and written on and include your name and the swap name on the postcard. To participate, you must have completed at least 30 type 2/3 swaps and have no 1 or 3 ratings in the past 12 months.
