Emily Dickinson Poem & Letter Int'l

I recently visited the Emily Dickinson Museum and learned some interesting new facts about Ms Dickinson. And thought it could be fun to share some facts in a swap. :)

For this swap, you will have 1 partner, and this swap is International. There is also a USA only version of this swap.

I will allow "newbies" to join, as long as you have a well filled out profile (minimum of 3 sections). And yes, if you are flaked on, I will 'angel' this swap, once contact and ratings have happened. :)

For the swap, you will choose any poem by Ms Dickinson and send a copy of it along with a letter to your partner. You can hand write the poem and letter, or you may type them out, but please be sure your handwriting is clear if you write. Include the name of the poem (if there is one). If you find a poem on the internet, please do not just print off the page, with the advertising images and such - copy and past it to a clean sheet, so it is neat and looks nice. :)

The length and topic of the poem are your choice.

The **letter you will include should be at least 1 sheet of stationery. The letter should include:

(at least) two facts you find interesting about Emily Dickinson (The Emily Dickinson Museum link above includes some facts about her life, but you can also use books, internet sources, Wikipedia....)

how you first 'met' Emily Dickinson (such as a school assignment, internet search - or this swap!)

Also include the name of this swap and your swap-bot ID with or in the letter.
