My confusion about "Unthemed Decos," as Deco Books I received have all had a theme/subject to help guide persons to decorate a page. Does "Unthemed" mean Free Style/Open theme/Subject of choice of the person decorating a page?

Whippet, that is correct. Thats why to put title of called Unthemed Deco on the front deco book so people can free to decorate as they like. :)
