If you're not good at drawing, there are tons of images without copyright to trace. I will check profiles and ban anyone I deem risky to the integrity of the swap. I will angel if necessary.

If we can’t draw is it ok to stamp an image and color it?

Under the sea is absolutely fine, and yes you can stamp and color.
