USA only. I love to make and get handmade postcards. For this swap, you will make one postcard and send it to one partner. The card subject should include a mythical or mystical creature, fairies, dragons, mermaids, Bigfoot, sea monsters, unicorns, you get the idea. You can make it any way you want, any artistic medium. Coloring cards are ok too. These can be regular sized pc's or larger. You can send it naked, written on, with a stamp or send it blank, in an envelope for your partner to use. Your choice. Rate a 5 if your partner has met all the swap requirements, hearts are up to you. Established swappers only and must have a rating of 4.98. No recent 1's or 3's. I will check profiles. I will angel this swap ONLY after you have contacted the person who is supposed to send to you, you haven't received a reply and you have rated a 1. This is a sender's choice swap so even if you do not like what you receive, you cannot rate down. Suggestions: I have received some homemade pc's that were destroyed through the postal system machines and arrived ripped. To combat this choose a sturdy type of paper, like heavy cardstock. The postcard you make should be about the same thickness as a regular postcard. If you're afraid the paper you have is too flimsy, you can glue more than one piece together to make it sturdier. You can also laminate your card by putting Scotch clear packing tape over the front to make it sturdier. I recommend Scotch brand as it is the strongest and cheaper brands don't work as well. |
