For this swap, you will have 3 partners, an will send each of them a new, store bought postcard of a State Capitol building. It doesn't need to be from the state you live in. No ad/free/handmade cards. Please send the postcard stamped and written on, and include your name and this swap name on it. To participate, you must have completed at least 20 type 2/3 swaps and have no 1 or 3 ratings in the past 12 months.
