You can do any background medium that you want, as long as your card measures 2 ½ X 3 ½ and the card is not flimsy or just a card with some stickers on it. Be creative and have fun with this theme!

This swap is open to international and newbie’s (completed profile) but NOT OPEN to people with recent 1’s or No Sends (I reserve the right to ban anyone I feel may flake on this swap). If you have questions or explanations please email me before you sign up.

Please don’t forget to rate your partner and if you receive goodies please make sure to give a big ole heart as well. Don’t be afraid to send goodies as people love them and most importantly they love to RECEIVE them and it is a great way to send of those supplies you have no use for.

INSTRUCTIONS:

•All ATCs must measure 2 ½ X 3 ½ . NO FLIMSY OR FLOPPY CARDS or CARDS with STICKERS!!!

•So people can rate you for your beautiful work please mark the back of your ATCs by either stamping, signing the back of your card, or add a label. On the back of each ATC please include your name, swap, card number, and email address so if anyone needs to ask you questions, they can do so.

I am so glad as this is my first time doing this so I hope I will do ok. Too me it looks harder than it should be but I know it will be fun!

I'm confused. You say that the card should be "made with magazine clippings only," but then you say "any medium you want" and later "have at least one layer of good quality pattern papers, card stocks, or textured papers, fibers, ribbons, embellishment, etc." If it's magazine clippings only, it can't be the other stuff, can it? What am I misunderstanding here?

Sorry for the confusion. What I meant is you must use magazine clippings but for your background you can use any medium you like such as cardstock, chalk, paint, ink and so on. For example mine up top is red paper with white dots and then I have magazine clippings placed on top and I accented the card with some glitter glue on the popcorn. As long as you use magazine clippings first then by all means if you want to add some additional embellishments by all means go for it.
