This swap will cost you 71 cents or more to mail. Send one 4x9 approx business sized envelope full of BLUE papercraft type items for atc cards: washi tapes, playing cards, blue ephemera, ribbons, boarders etc. No limit on themes, It is senders choice. You can start finding items to add to your envelope, as it is not profile based. But they items must be small enough to fit on an atc card. Ready, Set, GO.! There is a second swap where you can create atcs for partners with the blue stuff.
