CLEAN OUT PAPER JOURNAL

I was signed up to do this swap with someone else, but it appears they have gone AWOL:< So … I have decide to try it with you lovely ladies. This one looks really fun!

Hello lovely people Nik the Booksmith is an awesome inspiring youtuber and junk journal creator has just posted a you tube video about creating a swap item called Scrap Sampler Booklets. I absolutely love the idea and hope there might be some like minded folks who would like to give this a try.

Dig out your scrap bins and boxes and lets start creating some scrap sampler booklets. Think out side of the box … add different items:.

Each booklet must contain at least 25 scraps of varying sizes and be a variety of types from scrap bookpaper scraps, old book pages to tea/coffee dyed papers. refrain from putting junk mail and magazine scraps for now please. You may add more if you wish!!!

The booklet is to be made from a folder and must be the size of a 4×6 inch post card.

The booklet must be bound with string or yarn like Nik does in her youtube video or like she suggested with staples or sewn.

We will have just one partner for this one!

Feel free to decorate the front and please send a little note to your partners with the swap name and a little blurb about the scrap book samples and their origins 😄
