2 partners=2 Steampunk Halloween ATCs each. Make them very sturdy, neat, and nice. 3 1/2" X. 2 1/2" in size. Do your own thing but limit stickers to 1 or 2 small quality stickers. No white edges on them. You can start now as there are no specific ways to create the art. Please put the swap name, group name,and your name on card back
