Description:
Stamp a solid image on dark cardstock with white pigment ink. Color over the image with colored pencils. There is not need to wait for the ink to dry. I like to leave some of the white from the pigment ink showing. I am leaving a little extra time because of Thanksgiving. This 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 ATC will need a sturdy backing.
