• One large memo pad
• Two mini memo pads
• Two sticker sheets
• Two sticker sacks
• One large letter set of four designs
• Two small letter sets of one design

Or mix them up: a small memo pad and a sticker sheet and maybe a pencil sharpener to top off your gift. Since it's a gift, it's something to use after the holidays, e.g., not Xmas sticker flakes.

Wrap them up in holiday paper—I assume you have a little stockpile at home just now. Include the name of the swap on a little gift tag.
