Description: | |
This is a swap series using specific shapes. Use as many or as few of the shapes as you wish as long it’s obvious which shape is the theme. This round we will use any shape with 6 even (or mostly even) segments. The idea came to me when I thought of snowflakes and asterisks. But there are also pies, pie charts, cakes, rainbows (yes, I know they are really 7 but mostly depicted as 6), 6-petal flowers, simply drawn umbrellas and I’m sure there are many more. Please be sure your image actually contains the 6 segments, for instance, a pie or cake doesn’t count unless you see the 6 pieces. We have done hexagons but if you show one with 6 segments, that’s ok too. I know this one is odd but we tend to stay in and cuddle in January so there’s lots of time to use your imagination. Please make an ATC with at least 4 layers and/or embellishments unless your ATC is handdrawn or painted. Future swaps will include ovals, scallops, chevrons, long & skinny rectangles, squares, symbols... Previous swaps included stars, hexagons, hearts, triangles, circles, diamonds ... *no teacher/reward stickers, pixelated computer printouts or magazine pages (unless significantly and beautifully altered). *make something lovely you'd be proud to receive and wish you could keep for yourself! *this is sender's choice but please respect your partner's dislikes for instance, don't add bugs if they hate them or themes they don't like. *please have no recents 3s or any 1s without a good explanation in the comments of that swap or send me a note first. *Please consider hearts for your partner if they made a really nice Card. Extras are not the only reason to give hearts. *i will angel once you have PMd twice and gotten no or negative responses and have rated a 1. Let me know if things aren't working out in your discussions. I'm happy to help! |
