Description:
Make Valentine's ATCs any style but DO NOT use pinks or reds on It. Use a sturdy backing and make it neat and clean. Avoid messy glues. 3 1/2 " X. 2 1/2" is the size you need. You will have 2 partners, making 2 ATCs for each partner. Rating is 5, no exceptions. Have at least 5 ATC trades under the belt. You can start now and be ready for the mailing deadline.
