YTPC: Art Journal Page #13: Simple Beauty

I just love the effect Amber K. gets when she colors her gesso in this tutorial so I thought we might give it a try for our next art journal page.

Don't like her color scheme? Create your own! Don't have the big flower stamps? I think you could use cut-outs from a coloring book page that have been mounted to another piece of paper for thickness. . . or simply use different stamps. She doesn't show stamping the flowers and cutting them out but I'm assuming that's what she does.

Remember to begin with a sturdy 5x7 base and use what you have on hand to complete your page.
