Mixed Media #2

A new series of swaps designed to challenge participants to not only try something new but have fun playing with their art supplies.

"For the birds" is the next challenge! Using a sturdy substrate (base), create a mixed media art piece for your partner. The only restrictions are as follows:

1) Substrate should be sturdy enough to hold the weight of the mixed media. Foam core, an old hardbound book cover or canvas/canvas panel are some good examples.

2) Size should be at least 3" x 3". Of course, you can go larger.

3) Include a bird somewhere in your design. You may draw, paint, draw, collage, include a bird charm, etc.

FUN STUFF: Create a mixed media art piece which includes a bird in its design. Sender's choice as to color and theme. This is NOT profile based, so you can start now.
