It's my party, and I will wear a hat if I want to! For this swap, you make your partner one fabulous party hat! Your hat should be sturdy, decorated fantastically, and have a way to fasten it...ribbons, elastic, etc. You can use an old hat as a base and fancy it up. Make your partner the Belle of the Ball in her fancy hat! Flakers will be flogged in the courtyard and banished to the dungeon of the Chateau. I will angel any swap in this group
