For this swap you will send ONE partner FIVE sample length (18” or longer) of washi tapes at least THREE need to be in the monthly theme. The monthly Theme for JULY is STARS AND STRIPES This is a US only swap, if you would like to do an international one, please do. Please have had no recent (Last 6 months) 3’s or 1’s. I will be checking profiles prior to assigning. I will angel if necessary.

So does each washi tape need both Stars and Stripes or can some be striped and some others have stars?
