Description:
For this swap, paint a blue-themed ATC for your partner. You may use an artist's pen to outline if need be, you may use any kind of painting medium you like. You may use other colors, but 75% of the painting should be blue. Your effort should be obvious. Send and rate on time. I will ban anyone I deem a risk to the integrity to the swap. Please have 15 rated type 3 swaps and at least a 4.9 rating. Most of all, have fun!
