For this swap, you will have one partner and will send them a postcard of one of the following: State Map State Capitol State Seal State Flower State Bird State Animal State Tree State Song The postcard must feature one of those and be specified as a 'state' whatever. Please send it stamped and written on and include your name and this swap name on your card. No free/ad/home made postcards. To participate, you must have completed at least 30 type 2/3 swaps and have no 1 or 3 ratings in the past 12 months.
