No 1s or 3s within the last 18 months. You must have 100 swaps 2+ completed. Must have 4.98+ I reserve the right to ban anyone I think might not fulfill the swap or problem swappers. Be sure to send on time...nobody wants to be rated down for such an easy swap! I will angel once I see you have rated your partner appropriately. Rate your partners once you receive.
