Make your map an ATC size it can be be cut out layered on the card how ever as long as it's sturdy Can use what ever medium you want you can decorate it are write things about your state like facts or fun things. If you use items that may be fragile wrap them well. I've done these to send in my swaps and they are very nice and fun to create
