Note on a Napkin 📮📬📧

Sometimes a napkin is all we have on hand at the moment to jot something down. 📝🖊

For this swap we will send some happy mail on napkin! The type of napkins I’m referring to are the freebies that have branded names stamped on the napkin. Most napkins are cocktail sized. Some can be larger.

This swap is a note with a twist.

The notes we will write have 3 components.

A. Obtain a freebie napkin. THESE ARE NOT STORE BOUGHT NAPKINS they are the free napkins we get with drink or food purchase for example subway, the Rijks museum, coffee places, bakeries, night clubs, cruise ships, patisseries, airlines and more. Could be a cool establishment local to your area.

B. Answer ONE of the following prompts on the napkin to your partner.

1-where are you writing from and what are you enjoying food or beverage wise while jotting this note off?

1. Where did you get this napkin? Write a little something about this business.

2. They say it’s the little things in life that make us smile. Share a few sentences about one of your wee smile prompters.

C. Once partners are assigned and you have answered one of the prompts above writing it on the napkin to your partner. Go to your “send to partners” profile. Read it and find something on your partners profile that you can ask them a question about. Write this question on the napkin you are sending to your partner.

Your partner upon receiving your swap will answer the question you’ve written on the napkin in the comment section of your rating when they rate you. It may start a nice penpal exchange between you.

Recap: How to participate. Obtain a freebie napkin from a restaurant, bar, bakery coffee shop. Write your answer to one of the prompts listed above. Go to your SEND TO PARTNERS profile once swappers have been assigned and peruse their profile to find something on their profile to ask them about. Write the profile gleaned question on the napkin. Send napkin to partner.

Once swap is received -RECEIVING PARTNER will read napkin, note question asked by Sending partner. Receiving partner will answer asked question WRITTEN on note by SENDING PARTNER in the COMMENT SECTION of rating box.

Swappers please rate a 5 if you receive a note on a freebie branded napkin with an answered prompt that is a few sentences in length AND that includes a question for you to answer in your partners rating comment box when you rate them. If there is no question on the napkin for you to answer when you receive the swap is incomplete and you may rate accordingly. Tuck ins are okay but not required.

This is a fun swap, a chance to get to know someone new or catch up with an old friend.
