YTPC: Rose in Vase Journal Spot

Hi swappers!

We'll be following joie de fi's tutorial, found HERE to create one sweet little vase-with-a-rose tuck spot for our partners.

The height of your vase/book piece should be no larger than 6.75"; any width is fine--you might choose to make a wider vase and add more flowers!

You'll be painting/sketching the rosebud piece using acrylics, watercolors, brush pens, or any other medium you choose. If you're not comfortable with painting, you may use some cut-out flower illustrations; if you do the cut-outs, make certain the back of the flowers are blank for journaling (add a layer of blank paper if need be).

Feel free to embellish your vase with lace, more layers of paper, etc. Sewing around the vase looks nice, but if you don't have a machine, simply use a thin line of glue or hand-sew the edges.
