TBR Female authors

March is Women's history month, so I thought it could serve as a good prompt for us, in addition to the other March swaps. You can even "double dip" if you want, and combine March's Unread Shelf Project prompt with this one - or, plan to read an additional book this month. :)

For this swap, read any book on your current TBR by a female author. This includes children's books, audio books, graphic novels - anything. As long as it's on your TBR, and is by a female author, it works for this swap. :)

Start the book at any time - if you are currently reading a book by a female author, it counts, please feel free to join! :)

After partners have been assigned, send an EMAIL to your partner with the title and author of the book, and share your thoughts of the book. If you wish to include a summary or more details, you are most welcome to do so.

Also, share your thoughts of female authors - do you tend to seek out female authors, or do you read whatever grabs your attention? Do you feel that you prefer female authors?

Send your email by the send by date. If you haven't finished the book - or the book you planned on just wasn't working out for you and you decide to DNF, that's ok - just share as much as you are able to. The idea isn't to read as many as possible, it's to go through your books, enjoy the ones you like and unhaul the ones that don't work for you. :)
