In my salad I add Lettuce, kale, spinach, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, chick peas carrot, feta cheese, then I season everything with salt, garlic powder, seasoning salt and pepper.

Carrots, celery, tomatoes, radishes, mushrooms, cheese, olives, avocados, cucumbers, green onions, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, turmeric. Usually whateverbi have on hand.

I do romaine, spinach, iceburg, red cabbage, tomatoes, bacon bits, cheese, pickled pepper rings,cucumber, and a favorite dressing. If I could choose today what dressing, i would do thousand island :) I love salads.

I like strawberries, red onions, garlic croutons, bacon and a good basalmic vinegarette.

I'm not a big salad person but I like garbanzo beans, carrots, and croutons.

I like to add spinach, grape tomatoes, green peas, carrots, boiled egg, spiral pasta, pickled beets, and cheese. If I'm at a salad bar that has corn I add that also. Add croutons and thousand island dressing or ranch dressing and enjoy!

hmmm, my other favorites are a chicken breast, hard-boiled egg, I don't know this weird or not but I also like having macaroni in my salad hahaha. I don't know if I put macaroni in a salad it will still count as a salad or not. but I often bought a salad with macaroni in it. don't forget also the dressing! I love mayo and thousand isle so much!!

Depending on what I'm craving, I like to add hard-boiled egg, cheese (I like most kinds!), pumpkin, roasted eggplant, nuts, roasted garlic, bacon, lamb, and salmon. (Not all at the same time, of course - just ones that work well together!)

I also like a good cucumber, tomato and red onion salad. I mix it with a tablespoon of sugar mixed with Asian vinegar . One of the most refreshing salads ever.
