Would you like to participate in creating shared ATC cards? Then, join my ATC Card JAM Swap. ATC cards (artist trading cards) are tiny pieces of art, the size of a standard playing card. ATC JAMS are cards that are completed in sets of three, with three people working on each card. Here’s how that works: Person 1: starts a set of 3 identical cards and mails the cards to a second person. Person 2: adds to the cards and then mails the set to a third person. Person 3: adds to the cards and keeps one for herself. She mails the remaining two back to Person 1. Person 1: Keeps one of the 2 cards received and mails the third one back to the second person. I have sets piling up that I have received from a swapper from an old ATC group that I belonged to. She is a prolific swapper and mails mostly backgrounds out. If you join this swap, you will be person #3 on the list. I will send you 1-4 sets (Depending on the number of people who join the swap) of three cards that I received as person #2. Once you receive the cards you will: 1.) Add something to the cards (mostly identical, as much as possible) 2) Keep one of the completed cards from the set for yourself 3.) Mail the other two cards from the set back to person #1. If. You receive more than 1 set of cards, person #1 will be the same person so it will be one envelope of cards that you will mail out. They will fit in a standard envelope. Depending on thickness, some extra postage may be required. The last day to sign-up for this swap will be 4/27. After that, I will mail the cards to you by 5/2. You will then have until the middle of May to add to the card set(s) and mail your cards to person #1. Please place your cards in the mail by May 15th. I reserve the right to remove players who have a high number of 1s or 3s. |
