Description:

You will have 2 partners and send 1 ATC to each (2 ATCs in all). Use a paint chip (the kind you get at the hardware store in the paint section) to help you create these ATCs. The chip can be the base of the card or you can incorporate the chip in some form or another into the card itself.

I really don't want to sound dumb but have no idea what a paint chip is?

I'm with kerrlouise22....what's a paintchip......? It's on my watchlist, though....I love trying new techniques (if I can get hold of a paintchip....LOL)

I didn't think to consider that some of you may not know what a paint chip was, I'm sorry! Wherever you buy paint, the manufacturer usually puts the actual color and name on little swatch type cards to show you how it will look. They are free to take at the paint counters in most hardware stores. Usually they're pretty sturdy, almost like cardstock...I'll be posting a pic so you can see!
