Inside of the envelope you can fill it with whatever you like for your partner but you should send at least 10 items.You can use the profile as a guide on what to send.Ideas of what to say and can be greeting cards, postcards, stationary, tea, profile wishes, face masks, self-care items, lip balm, mini notebooks, memo sheets, stickers, etc. To save money if sending international it is okay to send lighter weight items such as stationery themed items to save on postage. So, each nice sheet of paper can count as one item and smaller items need two to count as one. So stickers if loose should be atleast ten and flakes 20. Just make a nice package and add a small note!
