RSC: Add some washi tape

Let’s have some fun adding washi tape as decor to a stamped card. Your card needs to have a stamped image, a stamped sentiment, and some washi tape. Other embellishments are optional.

You get to choose if you want your partner to write you a note inside the card, or if you want them to leave it blank so you can use it for someone else. Please put your choice in the comments below. Including an envelope is optional.
