1 partner, 1 atc featuring neon colors!! Hand drawn or hand painting only (markers, pastels, watercolor, oil, acrylic, alcohol inks, etc) but no collage, no digital for this swap! Channel your inner hippie and break out the bright colors! Your atc should be the correct size of 2.5 x 2.5 inches, mounted on sturdy cardboard or cardstock (nothing flimsy) and must be at least 75% covered with neon colors. Your pick - abstract or representational subject matter. Get your groovy on!
