Description: | |
For this swap you'll be decorating a library card pocket! Library card pockets are the pockets placed inside books to hold the due date slip cards. You can either buy library card pockets and then decorate them OR use a template to make a pocket and then decorate it. Then fill the pocket with bookmarks, bookplates, or any other book-related goodies (could also be handmade). You can decorate the pockets with paper, stamps, washi, hand drawn art, stickers, etc. You may look at your partner's profile to get ideas for what kind of themes they like, but this is not a requirement. Swap requirements: Send your partner one decorated library card pocket filled with at least two book-related goodies. Wondering what to do with the pocket you receive? These pockets can be used in your own books, for crafts, or as cute pockets to send swaps and letters in. I love to make flat cards and then stick a library card pocket on the back to hold my letter and some stickers or other flat goodies.
